I joined the site a long time ago and well, I took a little break from it. When I came back and tried to log in, it gave me an error regarding my user name and password, despite the fact those are the same login details I used before. So I decided to rejoin the site...but guess what? Clicking on the Join Now/Browse Profiles takes you back to the main page of the site...where you can either log in or Join Now. Did I mention it does not work? Well...you got it! There is a glitch on the site. I tried different browsers...same problem! I called the members support and they came up with a list of "what's wrong with my computer", which was really pathetic, rude and insulting, to say the least. They "guided" me through clearing cache, enabling cookies, told me to try different browsers...but that did not help either. I tried it on another computer...and it's the same thing! And guess what? I called the members support of the site and told them that it's not working despite anything we tried. The woman on the line said she has no problem logging in and other members have no issues whatsoever. Blah blah blah. I think they were told to give members that same answer...so that BBWPersonalsPlus would not look like fools and do anything to cover for their own mess ups. So guess what BBWPersonalsPlus? Your service sucks, your website sucks! It's not working...you need to fix all those issues that prevent members from accessing and/or joining your so wonderful site. And stop making excuses and telling fictional stories. It does not work! All in all, I probably won't ever join this site again. It was a good site until a while ago. Clearly they have made changes to the site and those changed have caused technical issues, glitches, etc. Fix it!

In summary, I would not recommend BBW Personals Plus to a friend.
