I joined the site a long time ago and well, I took a little break from it. When I came back and tried to log in, it gave me an error regarding my user name and password, despite the fact those are the same login details I used before. So I decided to rejoin the site...but guess what? Clicking on the Join Now/Browse Profiles takes you back to the main page of the site...where you can either log in or Join Now. Did I mention it does not work? Well...you got it! There is a glitch on the site. I tried different browsers...same problem! I called the members support and they came up with a list of "what's wrong with my computer", which was really pathetic, rude and insulting, to say the least. They "guided" me through clearing cache, enabling cookies, told me to try different browsers...but that did not help either. I tried it on another computer...and it's the same thing! And guess what? I called the members support of the site and told them that it's not working despite anything we tried. The woman on the line said she has no problem logging in and other members have... In summary, I would not recommend BBW Personals Plus to a friend.
